28 th Annual General Meeting of Alaknanda Puja Samiti is scheduled to be held at 7.30 P.M. on Sunday 15 July, 2012 at Rainshelter Hall, Aravalli Appartments, New Delhi

AGENDA

1) Confirmation of minutes of 27 th Annual General Meeting of the Executive Committee of Alaknanda Puja Samiti (APS) held on 05.06.2011 at Rainshelter Hall, Aravalli Appartments, Alaknanda.

2) Presentation of Report of General Secretary of Alaknanda Puja Samiti for the year 2011-12 .

3) To consider Audited Report on Receipts and Payment Account for the period 2011-12 (as enclosed) for approval by the members.

4) Alaknanda Puja Samiti has PAN Number and also TDS being deducted at source - Auditor has suggested to file Income Tax Return. In this regard APS will apply for registration as charitable/religious organisation under clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

5) Appointment of Auditor for the period 2012-13.

6) An amount of Rs 10,000 each donated to Bharat Sevashram Sangha and Third Eye Foundation for kind information of members.

7) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

8) Election of office bearers of APS for the year 2012-13 under the supervision of Shri Parimal Roy Chaudhury who has been selected as Returning Officer by the Executive Committee of APS.

Members are requested to submit the duly filled-in and signed nomination papers to Shri Parimal Roy Chaudhury, 236, Aravalli Appartments, Alaknanda, New Delhi – 110 019, Phone No: 26033289 for its further necessary action to conduct the election. Last date of submission of nomination form is 10.07.2012 and last date of withdrawal is 12.07.2012.
